Look, we want you to absolutely love your new gear. Every item is backed by our 100% Quality & Print Guarantee. If something arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, that's on us.
Because we make all t-shirts and apparel on demand to remain environmentally friendly and eliminate textile waste, each item is printed specially for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or sizing errors. Please make sure to double-check our size charts before locking in your purchase!
Here is the deal:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your shirt or poster arrives torn, misprinted, or broken, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
- The 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the original purchase date to let us know about an issue. Past 30 days, our print providers lock the order, and we can't issue a fix.
- How to claim: Shoot an email over to support@marthasfunnystuff.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We're actual humans on the other end who want to solve the problem without unnecessary drama.
