Look, we want you to absolutely love your new gear. If something arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, we'll make it right, that's on us.
Because our products are custom-made and printed specifically for you the moment you order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or sizing errors. Please make sure to double-check our size charts before locking in your purchase!
Here is the deal:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your shirt or poster arrives torn, misprinted, or broken, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund. No need to ship anything back.
- The 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the original purchase date to let us know about an issue. Past 30 days, our print providers lock the order, and we can't issue a fix.
- How to claim: Shoot an email over to [email protected] with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We're actual humans on the other end who want to solve the problem without unnecessary drama.
